What a week it had been, well, four days if you consider the bank holiday T3 spent watching the snooker. Go Ronnie!
Nice and refreshed, we kicked-off Tuesday with the introduction of the first free HD TV provider in the UK as Freesat announced their arrival with exclusive Hi-Def content from ITV - as well as access to BBC HD services. Only snag with Freesat is that it's not exactly free. It'll cost you £80 for satellite instalment and up to £150 for a HD receiver. Check out the new Panasonic TVs with built in receivers.
Another '3G iPhone imminent' teaser surfaced with news that both the 8GB and 16GB first-gen handsets had sold out. The party poopers at o2 soon informed us that they'd be getting some 16-giggers in soon. Bugger.
Speaking of the iPhone, T3 had some hands-on time with a potential rival in the new HTC Touch Diamond. Rocking the Windows 6.1 OS, superfast HSDPA connectivity and promised "one finger" control, this could be a contender if they sort out to ropey touch screen before the June launch.
We've got an exclusive video of a development that could eventually revolutionise the way we watch movies at home. The D-Box Motion Control movie chair puts you in the midst of the action by throwing you around in-sync with your all favourite movies… and National Treasure 2.
gear4 graced us with a kinky new iPod dock which can be split from the subwoofer for portable play. Or for a more personal touch you could bust out these rather pimp ebony headphones.
