PUBG Mobile recorded more than 2 million bans in a week

PUBG Mobile is preparing to enter a new era with the release of its 1.0 update. The update will renew the graphic section of the title and promises to increase the rate of frames per second up to 30%, as well as reduce lag up to 76%.

As you can imagine, players are happy with the arrival of the new version of Battle Royale. However, they insist that one of the biggest problems in the game is the cheats. The community hopes that improvements will also be made in this section.

Lightspeed & Quantum and Tencent want to make the gaming experience even better, so they recently applied massive bans to penalize cheaters.

PUBG MOBILE BANNED OVER 2 MILLION CHEATS

The studios released the results of their latest wave of bans on social media. According to the details, more than 2 million Battle Royale accounts were banned.

To be more exact, the companies wrote off 2,273,152 accounts permanently. So your users will not be able to return to the game with those accounts. For many, this is not enough, so there were also device-level bans.

Lightspeed & Quantum and Tencent also permanently banned 1,424,854 devices, so the game will no longer be accessible from them in any way. The bans were made for various types of cheating.

X-ray vision was the biggest cause of bananas. Thousands of players were also punished for using software for automatic targeting, speed cheating, and for other reasons.

The studies assured that this wave of bans is part of their strategy to renew the entire PUBG Mobile experience. Anti-cheating measures will not stop there, as the penalties will continue and will be permanent in most cases.
